Where applicable, Tycoonz may transfer personal data to countries that have been officially recognized by the European Commission, the UK Government, or another relevant authority as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Standard Contractual Clauses
Where an adequacy decision does not apply, Tycoonz may use approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized data transfer agreements. Pakistan - Personal Data Protection
Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive personal data protection law in force. However, the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2023 (PDPB 2023) has been proposed as a framework for regulating the collection, processing, storage, use, and transfer of personal data in Pakistan. Tycoonz is committed to maintaining appropriate privacy and data protection standards and will monitor developments in Pakistani data protection legislation, including any amendments or enactment of the proposed Bill.
Scope and Applicability
The proposed PDPB 2023 contemplates an extraterritorial application in certain circumstances. Its requirements may apply where an organization has an establishment in Pakistan and processes personal data, offers goods or services to individuals in Pakistan, monitors the behavior of individuals in Pakistan, or otherwise processes personal data within Pakistan. Accordingly, where Tycoonz processes personal data relating to individuals in Pakistan, it will seek to ensure that such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable Pakistani laws and recognized data protection principles.
Lawful Processing of Personal Data
Tycoonz will process personal data only where there is a lawful basis for doing so. Depending on the circumstances, such basis may include the individual's consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, protection of vital interests, compliance with a court or other lawful order, legitimate interests, or other grounds recognized under applicable law. Where consent is relied upon, Tycoonz will obtain consent in an appropriate and transparent manner. Marketing communications and similar activities requiring consent will be undertaken subject to applicable legal requirements. Tycoonz will apply appropriate safeguards to the processing of sensitive personal data, including information relating to health, biometrics, religious or political beliefs, and other categories that may receive enhanced protection under applicable law. Critical personal data, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with any mandatory requirements imposed by Pakistani law.

- access personal data held about them;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- request deletion or erasure of personal data in appropriate circumstances;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing activities;
- obtain personal data in a structured and usable format, where applicable;

In the event of a personal data breach, Tycoonz will assess the nature and potential impact of the breach and take appropriate remedial measures. Such safeguards may include contractual protections, regulatory approvals, consent, or other mechanisms recognized under applicable law. Where required, Tycoonz will also provide appropriate information regarding international transfers and the safeguards applied to protect personal data.
Children's Personal Data
Tycoonz recognizes the importance of protecting children's personal data. Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for the processing of children's personal data, Tycoonz will implement appropriate measures to obtain and verify such consent. Tycoonz will not knowingly engage in unlawful profiling, behavioral monitoring, targeted advertising, or other processing activities involving children where such activities are prohibited by applicable law.
Regulatory Developments

Tycoonz will continue to monitor legislative and regulatory developments and will update its privacy practices and this Privacy Policy as necessary to reflect applicable legal requirements.
Irrespective of the enactment of comprehensive data protection legislation, Tycoonz remains committed to protecting personal data through appropriate privacy, security, confidentiality, and data governance practices consistent with applicable law and internationally recognized data protection principles.
